The Kixstaart First Home Buyers Grant: A Helping Hand Into Your First Home

The Kixstaart First Home Buyers Grant was created to give everyday Queenslanders a genuine, achievable pathway into home ownership. Developed by Seth Peady from Total First Home Solutions in partnership with AusFirst Compliance Partners (ACP), the Grant supports first-home buyers who are ready to break the rental cycle and take the next step toward a secure financial future.

What makes the Kixstaart Grant unique is that it’s funded by builders and developers, not buyers. Participating builders contribute to the fund through savings they negotiate with suppliers and contractors. Instead of keeping those savings, they pass the benefit directly to you in the form of the Kixstaart First Home Buyers Grant.

Total First Home Solutions guides each buyer from start to finish — from finance approval to selecting a qualified contributor, right through to contract signing and settlement. Our role is simple: make the entire process clearer, easier, and more achievable for first-time buyers.

This initiative reflects our core mission: empowering Queenslanders to own their first home sooner, with genuine support and a clear pathway forward.
